Denali National Park
Denali National Park and Preserve is located in Interior Alaska and contains Mount McKinley, the highest mountain in North America. The national park and preserve is over 6 million acres, of which nearly 5 acres are federally owned. The national preserve is 1,334,200 acres, of which most acres are federally owned. The park hosts more than 400,000 visitors annually who enjoy wildlife viewing, mountaineering, and backpacking. Wintertime recreation includes dog-sledding, cross-country skiing, and snowmachining where allowed.

McKinley Chalet Resort
The McKinley Chalet Resort offers 345 upscale rooms, fine and casual dining, on-site dinner theater, on-site raft departures, and endless walking trails next to the Nenana River. Spanning over 42 acres, the McKinley Chalet Resort offers a variety of room types and settings to meet everyone’s need to help plan their Alaska adventure travel.

McKinley Village Lodge
McKinley Village Lodge is located seven miles south of the park entrance and nestled along the banks of the Nenana River. Spread over 20 acres, the McKinley Village Lodge offers light hiking and interpretive trails throughout the facility. For the adventurous, there are more rugged trails located near the property entrance. Ideal for families and convenient for travelers with their own vehicle, McKinley Village Lodge is close to the action – yet enjoy the evening solitude as you relax to the sound of the river sweeping by. Rooms are spread out between seven two-story buildings, one of which has an elevator. 2009 marked the completion of guest room renovations – including updated bathrooms and upgraded guest amenities.
